Why is CES so important to me?

As a Corrective Exercise Specialist I am able to identify muscle imbalances through integrated assessment. I start by assessing your individual body movement and identifying any imbalances or areas that need special attention. Then I develop a personalized plan of action (Personal Corrective Program) and show you the specific exercise techniques that will help address your muscle tissues that require activation or strengthening.
