Do you enjoy a social workout with some music and motivation?

The Group Circuit Training session is a 60 minute workout starting with a warm up and and ending with a cool down. The session cycles through several exercises, usually five to ten with 2-4 reps, targeting different muscle groups with minimal rest in between. The result is a workout that taxes your muscular strength and endurance and your cardiorespiratory system.
